At Cielo mall, we will be conducting a survey
4 questionaires
1. Risk factor assessment for Breast Cancer
2. Nutrition Pattern
3. Physical Activity evaluation
4. smoking cessation
there will be a 5 dollars incentive/reward for the first 40 survey takers (who will take all the 4 surveys).
We have 8 Volunteers, we need more,
